Payment Methods

All payments should be made via wire transfer to Bonfield Private Limited directly to our bank account. For details of our bank account, kindly Email us. Kindly finalise payment amounts with us based on agreed prices and currency. Please note that you should also make provisions for all relevant bank charges or telex fees that might incurred. Bonfield reserves the right to decline the sale if the fund received does not meet the finalised agreed amount.

Shipping

We ship worldwide unless the insurance or shipping company refuses it due to whatsoever reasons. For a quote on shipping and insurance, please email us. Any cost incurs from any duties or customs taxes as charged in your country will be borne by the buyer.

For online purchases, items will be shipped within Three [03] business days upon the confirmation and receipt of payment to Bonfield Private Limited. Bonfield Private Limited reserves the right to select the courier suitable for each shipment. Delivery will generally take up to Seven [07] business days, depending on the final destination. Bonfield Private Limited shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any delays, risk, loss and/or damage to the items.

Authenticity

We guarantee that all timepieces and jewellery sold are authentic. Our qualified master-technicians are all Swiss trained and will inspect all pre-owned timepieces carefully. We DO NOT deal in Replicas!

WARRANTY

Where the Timepiece(s) supplied by the Seller and are found to be defective, the Seller shall rectify, or in its sole discretion, replace defective Timepiece(s) free of charge within an agreed time period to be mutually agreed between parties from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The Buyer notifying the Seller in writing immediately upon the defect becoming apparent
  • The defect being due to the faulty design, materials or workmanship of the Seller
  • The replacement delivery time may be affected by conditions not within the control of the Seller which includes the lead time given by the manufacturer of the Timepiece(s) in reproduction and delivery of the replacement Timepiece(s)
  • Any Timepiece(s) to be rectified or replaced shall be returned to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense, if so requested by the Seller.

    Where the Timepiece(s) have been manufactured and supplied to the Seller by a third party, any warranty granted to the Seller in respect of the Timepiece(s) shall be passed on to the Buyer.

    In addition, the Buyer may avail himself of the following further Warranties in respect of the following classes of Timepieces, where applicable:

    1. Pristine
    2. A Pristine Timepiece shall include an International Worldwide Warranty from the manufacturer’s authorised dealer and/or agent in the region. Service and support shall therefore be sought from the manufacturer’s authorised service centre.

    3. Pre-Owned
    4. A Pre-Owned Timepiece shall be warranted by the Seller against mechanical defect or failure for the period of sixty (60) months from the date of purchase. Subject to terms and conditions.

      The above shall not apply in the case of Pre-Owned Customised Bejewelled Timepieces, the terms of such warranty shall be exhaustively set out in the Official Certificate / Receipt to be issued at the time of purchase.

    5. Commission Watches
    6. Commission Timepieces are sold “as-in” and the Seller is unable to provide any warranty against defects. However, should the Buyer require an in-house warranty, independent of the Consignor, the same may be negotiated between the Buyer and Seller on their own terms.

    The remedies contained in this Clause are without prejudice to the other Terms and Condition herein.

    For the avoidance of doubt, the foregoing applies to Timepieces utilising a mechanical mechanism only and the Seller shall in no circumstances accept liability for failure of Timepieces utilising a quartz crystal and/or electronic oscillator or such similar mechanism.

    LIABILITY

    No liability of any nature shall be incurred or accepted by the Seller in respect of any representation made by the Seller, or on its behalf, to the Buyer, or to any party acting on its behalf, prior to the making of this contract where such representations were made or given in relation to:-

    1. The correspondence of the Timepiece(s) with any description
    2. The quality of the Timepiece(s)
    3. The fitness of the Timepiece(s) for any purposes whatsoever

    No liability of any nature shall be accepted by the Seller to the Buyer in respect of any express term of this contract where such term relates in any way to:

    1. The correspondence of the Timepiece(s) with any description
    2. The quality of the Timepiece(s)
    3. The fitness of the Timepiece(s) for any purpose whatsoever

    All implied terms, condition or warranties as to the correspondence of the Timepiece(s) to any description or the satisfactory quality of the Timepiece(s) or the fitness of the Timepiece(s) for any purpose whatsoever (whether made known to the Seller or not) are hereby excluded from the contract.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Where any court or arbitrator determines that any part of Clause 11 above is, for whatever reason, unenforceable, the Seller shall be liable for all loss or damage suffered by the Buyer but in an amount not exceeding the contract price.

    Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to limit or exclude the liability of the Seller for death or personal injury as a result of the Seller’s negligence or that of its employees or agents.

    CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT

    In the event that the Buyer cancels or terminates the whole Contract in writing, the payment or any part thereof shall be forfeited in full to the Seller.

    In the event that the Buyer cancels or terminates some of the Timepiece(s) stated in the Contract, the Seller shall only refund 50% of the value of the Timepiece(s) so cancelled.

    RETURN POLICY

    Timepiece(s) sold may be returned in the circumstances that the Timepiece(s):

    1. are purchased online via the Website
    2. upon receipt, are of a different model or series from the Website
    3. are identified not to be authentic
    4. notice of the fact has been given not more than three (3) working days of the discrepancy
    5. the Timepiece(s) themselves upon receipt by the Seller have not been altered or tampered with

    In such event, the Seller shall notify the Buyer of confirmation of acceptance of return in the same manner as notice was given. The Buyer shall thereupon be entitled to a full refund of the Purchase Price furnished in respect of the non-conforming Timepiece(s), less reasonable transport and/or dispatch charges, if any.

    Further in the event of (c) above such a claim shall be supported by evidence in writing of a licensed appraiser, jeweller and/or their authorised agents.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    The Seller reserves the right to cancel an order in the event that:

    1. the Timepiece(s) are no longer available
    2. impossibility of delivery
    3. proof/suspicion of fraud on the part of the Buyer

    The Seller similarly may cancel any order placed by 5.00pm Pacific Time on the same day the order was placed. In such event, the Buyer shall be entitled to the full refund of the Purchase Price or instalment thereof already paid, if any.

    Personal Data Protection Policy

    The purpose of this document (“Data Protection Policy”) is to inform you of how Bonfield Private Limited manages Personal Data which is subject to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (No. 26 of 2012) (“the Act”).

    By interacting with us, submitting information to us, or signing up for any Products and Services offered by us, you agree and consent to Bonfield Private Limited.

    This Data Protection Policy supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents you may have previously provided to Bonfield in respect of your Personal Data, and your consents herein are additional to any rights which to any of the Companies may have at law to collect, use or disclose your Personal Data.

    Bonfield may from time to time update this Data Protection Policy to ensure that this Data Protection Policy is consistent with our future developments, industry trends and/or any changes in legal or regulatory requirements. Subject to your rights at law, you agree to be bound by the prevailing terms of the Data Protection Policy as updated from time to time on our website (www.bonfield.com.sg/terms). Please check back regularly for updated information on the handling of your Personal Data.

    Personal Data

    In this Data Protection Policy, “Personal Data” refers to any data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access, including data in our records as may be updated from time to time.

    Examples of such Personal Data you may provide to us include (depending on the nature of your interaction with us) your name, NRIC, passport or other identification number, telephone number(s), mailing address, email address, network data and any other information relating to any individuals which you have provided us in any forms you may have submitted to us, or via other forms of interaction with you.

    Collection of Personal Data

    Generally, we collect Personal Data in the following ways:

    (a) when you submit an application form or other forms relating to any of our Products and Services (defined below)
    (b) when you interact with our customer service officers, for example, via telephone calls, letters, face-to-face meetings and emails
    (c) when you use some of our services, for example, websites and apps including establishing any online accounts with us
    (d) when you request that we contact you, be included in an email or other mailing list
    (e) when you respond to our promotions, initiatives or to any request for additional Personal Data
    (f) when you are contacted by, and respond to, our marketing representatives and customer service officers
    (g) when we receive references from business partners and third parties, for example, where you have been referred by them
    (h) when we seek information from third parties about you in connection with the Products and Services you have applied for
    (i) when you submit your Personal Data to us for any other reasons

    When you browse our website, you generally do so anonymously but please see the section below on cookies. We do not at our website automatically collect Personal Data unless you provide such information or login with your account credentials.

    If you provide us with any Personal Data relating to a third party (e.g. information of your spouse, children, parents, and/or employees), by submitting such information to us, you represent to us that you have obtained the consent of the third party to provide us with their Personal Data for the respective purposes.

    You should ensure that all Personal Data submitted to us is complete, accurate, true and correct. Failure on your part to do so may result in our inability to provide you with the Products and Services you have requested.

    Purposes for the Collection, Use and Disclosure of Your Personal Data

    Generally, Bonfield collects, uses and discloses your Personal Data for the following purposes:

    (a) responding to your queries and requests
    (b) managing the administrative and business operations of Bonfield and complying with internal policies and procedures
    (c) facilitating business asset transactions (which may extend to any mergers, acquisitions or asset sales) involving any of the Companies
    (d) matching any Personal Data held which relates to you for any of the purposes listed herein
    (e) resolving complaints and handling requests and enquiries
    (f) preventing, detecting and investigating crime and analyzing and managing commercial risks
    (g) providing media announcements and responses
    (h) monitoring or recording phone calls and customer-facing interactions for quality assurance, employee training and performance evaluation and identity verification purposes
    (i) organising promotional events
    (j) legal purposes (including but not limited to obtaining legal advice and dispute resolution)
    (k) conducting investigations relating to disputes, billing or fraud
    (l) purposes which are reasonably related to the aforesai.

    In addition, Bonfield collects, uses and discloses your Personal Data for the following purposes:

    (a) analysing your use of our Products and Services so as to help us improve, review, develop and efficiently manage the Products and Services offered to you
    (b) purposes which are reasonably related to the aforesaid

    Furthermore, where permitted under the Act:

    (a) Bonfield may also collect, use and disclose your Personal Data for the following “Bonfield Additional Purposes”:

    (i) analytics and tracking, including facilitating the sale of analytical data
    (ii) conducting market research and surveys to enable us to understand and determine customer location, preferences and demographics to develop marketing programmes in relation to Bonfield's Products and Services, and to improve our service delivery and your customer experience at our showroom
    (iii) providing additional Products and Services and benefits to you, including loyalty and reward programmes from Bonfield
    (iv) leads generation and management for marketing Bonfield's Products and Services
    (v) communicating to you advertisements involving details of our Products and Services, special offers and rewards, either to our customers generally, or which we have identified may be of interest to you (including but not limited to upselling, cross selling and telemarketing);
    (vi) organising promotional events and corporate social responsibility projects
    (vii) purposes which are reasonably related to the aforesaid. In addition, where permitted under the Act and subject to the provisions of any applicable law, your Personal Data may be disclosed, for Bonfield’s Additional Purposes, to the vendors or other third party service providers in connection with promotions and services offered by Bonfield

    If you have provided your Singapore telephone number(s) and have indicated that you consent to receiving marketing or promotional information via your Singapore telephone number(s), then from time to time, Bonfield may contact you using such Singapore telephone number(s) (including via voice calls, text, fax or other means) with information about our Products and Services.

    In relation to particular Products and Services or in your interactions with us, we may also have specifically notified you of other purposes for which we collect, use or disclose your Personal Data. If so, we will collect, use and disclose your Personal Data for these additional purposes as well, unless we have specifically notified you otherwise.

    You have a choice to withdraw your consent for receiving marketing or promotional materials/communication. You may contact us using the contact details found below.

    Please be aware that once we receive confirmation that you wish to withdraw your consent for marketing or promotional materials/communication, it may take up to 30 working days for your withdrawal to be reflected in our systems. Therefore, you may still receive marketing or promotional materials/communication during this period of time. Please note that even if you withdraw your consent for the receipt of marketing or promotional materials, we may still contact you for other purposes in relation to the Products and Services that you hold or have subscribed to with Bonfield.

    Disclosure of Personal Data

    Bonfield will take reasonable steps to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised disclosure. Subject to the provisions of any applicable law, your Personal Data may be disclosed, for the purposes listed above (where applicable), to the following:

    (a) Bonfield’s related corporations and employees to provide content, Products and Services to you, address your questions and requests in relation to your customer accounts, subscription and billing arrangements with us as well as our Products and Services
    (b) companies providing services relating to insurance and consultancy to Bonfield
    (c) agents, contractors or third party service providers who provide operational services to Bonfield, such as courier services, telecommunications, information technology, payment, printing, billing, payroll, processing, technical services, training, market research or other services to Bonfield
    (d) vendors or third party service providers in connection with marketing promotions and services offered by Bonfield or its preferred partners
    (e) commercial shops and retailers in relation to providing rewards and benefits
    (f) external banks, credit card companies and their respective service providers
    (g) relevant government regulators, statutory boards or authorities or law enforcement agencies to comply with any laws, rules, guidelines and regulations or schemes imposed by any governmental authority
    (h) any other party to whom you authorise us to disclose your Personal Data to

    Use of Cookies

    A cookie is a small piece of information that is placed on your computer when you visit certain websites.

    Bonfield uses cookies on its websites for the following purposes:

    (a) enabling certain features and functions on our websites, eg. remembering your user-id, favourite channel selections, browsing and other service preferences
    (b) building up a profile of how you and other users use the website
    (c) improving the efficiency of our website
    (d) administering services to you and to advertisers
    (e) establishing usage statistics

    Most internet browsers provide you the option of turning off the processing of cookies (please see the “help” section of your browser), but this may result in the loss of functionality, restrict your use of the website and/or delay or affect the way in which it operates.

    Bonfield is not responsible for the Personal Data policies (including Personal Data protection and cookies), content or security of any third party websites linked to the Bonfield website.

    (b) would like to withdraw your consent to any use of your Personal Data as set out in this Data Protection Policy

    Please note that if your Personal Data has been provided to us by a third party (e.g. a referrer), you should contact that organisation or individual to make such queries, complaints, and access and correction requests to Bonfield on your behalf.

    If you withdraw your consent to any or all use of your Personal Data, depending on the nature of your request, Bonfield may not be in a position to continue to provide its Products and Services to you, administer any contractual relationship in place, which in turn may also result in the termination of any agreements with Bonfield, and your being in breach of your contractual obligations or undertakings. Bonfield’s legal rights and remedies in such event are expressly reserved.

    Governing Law

    This Data Protection Policy and your use of this website shall be governed in all respects by the laws of Singapore.

    Grading of Wristwatch

    “Grading of Wristwatch” shall, in the following instances, and solely for purposes of illustrating the condition of Timepieces, mean the following:

  • Pristine: New unworn
  • Mint Plus: Previously owned, however never used nor worn
  • Mint: Immaculate
  • Near Mint: Completely serviced/repaired to factory specification
  • Fine: Factory specification but with faint hairline scratches
  • Average: Factory specification with some hairline scratches, perhaps stains on the dial and/or movement. Possible chip on crystal
  • Fair: Hairline stain and/or discolorations on dial; Case is well-worn; One or more parts have been replaced
  • Pictorial Representation

    All pictures are taken by our in-house photographer and they are of the actual watch. We do not copy from catalogues or other sources.
